Welcoming the Wedding Season of 2022 in Baar The wedding season of 2022 has begun! Our first event took place in Baar, which also hosted the last wedding of 2021, giving a delightful sense of continuity. A Memorable Civil Ceremony This civil ceremony was quite large with around 80 guests and two dogs. One of the dogs,…
Baar was the location for this wedding. It is not often I get to photograph where I am based or in November time – it was great fun. This couple had been engaged for 8 years and it was finally time to tie the know. It was my first ‘streamed’ wedding I have attended. The…
One of my favourite places in Switzerland is a placed called Mürren. It is a small village of 450 people that can only be reached by cable car. From here one can walk up to Schilthorn (where James Bond was once recorded). The area is absolutely stunning. Naturally when I got a wedding request for…
Wedding at Kurhaus Bergun and Latsch A Perfect Blend of Anticipation and Joy This enchanting wedding took place at the scenic Kurhaus Bergun and the picturesque Latsch. The day commenced with the wedding preparations of both the groom and bride. One of the aspects I relish about wedding preparation is the atmosphere it creates—a blend of anticipation, chaos,…
Magical Wedding in Zermatt A Scenic Celebration at Riffelalp and Hotel Cervo This enchanting wedding took place at Riffelalp and Hotel Cervo in Zermatt. I had the pleasure of working alongside the talented videographer David from davidandkatrin. The Groom’s Preparations The day commenced at Hotel Cervo, where the groom and his four stylish friends got ready. It felt like a shoot…
This wedding weekend in Zermatt started with a welcome dinner up in the mountains. The groom is German so they decided to add a German flavour to the day. I loved it because everybody was very stylish. It started with everyone meeting at Seilbahn Zermatt-Furi in order to take the cable car up. However, due…
Wedding at Suvretta House in St. Moritz An Elegant Celebration at Suvretta House Photographing this wonderful wedding at Suvretta House in St. Moritz was an absolute delight. Given the scarcity of weddings in 2020 and 2021, this event felt particularly special and enjoyable to capture. Wedding Preparations The day began at the luxurious Suvretta House, where the bride…
This lovely wedding took place at Yachtsport Resort SA in Brissago. The story behind this wedding is a bit different. Many years ago I attended a wedding fair in Luzern and here I met the bride’s mother. She told me at the wedding day that she wanted to hire me the day she needed a…
Wedding Season 2021 is up & running! It started with a civil wedding at Chateau de Nyon. What a place to kick of the season! Due to Corona restrictions the wedding was limited to 15 people (including me) but that did not stop this from being a beautiful wedding in Nyon. For the ceremony everyone…
I had the privilege to photograph this lovely couple who will be getting married next year. This was a present from the groom’s bestman. We were very lucky with the weather. I love when the sun is setting and one can photograph a couple who is super comfortable with each other. Here are a…
