I love wedding photography. I am based in canton Zug (Baar) but happy to go all over Switzerland.
Recently Style Me Pretty released a list of “Top 30 best wedding venues” and one of them was Il Borro. A location I have been fortunate to work on together with Brenda from Italia Celebration. The article features the wedding I photographed at Il borro. Alternatively, if you would like to see that wedding you can go: here. I…
Masoala Halle by the Zoo in Zurich is not a location you directly associate with civil weddings. Patricia and Peter knows Zurich City very well so it is no surprise they found this spot. They decided to have a small and intimate wedding for the family and closest friends. The civil wedding took place inside…
The wedding of Amy and Ilkka took place at Hotel Kurhaus in Bergün. When I met Amy for the first time she said she wanted a wedding with snow – and she got just that! They met during the winter and therefore wanted to get married during winter. It was a perfect day. On the…
Irma and Yves decided to get married in Hildisrieden and had their apero/dinner at Golfplatz Sempachersee. On the wedding day I met them at their apartment in Möhlin. Kevin and Ursula had a smaller intimate wedding at Stadthaus Zurich. The wedding day started early in the morning with the ceremony. After that they had a apero just next to the stadthaus which was very nice. Perfect location – smack in the middle of ZUrich. When the Apero was over we went for a…
A truly amazing rehearsal dinner at Il Borro You know when you look at really old photos and you wish you lived in that time? I bet when someone looks at this event in 100 years time that they wish they could be there. A jazz band, a big garden decorated with lots of colors,…

Tobias and Neyner got married at the lovely Schloss Schadau in Thun. I think the castle must have the most beautiful stair case in Switzerland (see photos below and you will know what I mean). Their wedding was really fun, easy going and a bit different. Why was it different? The bride loves rabbits so the groom surprised her by getting…
If you were to imagine a pizza night in the rolling hills of Tuscany then this post might be the reality of that imagination. Il borro has an old village which is very picturesque and a great ambiance. A smallish square surrounded by old buildings and a church. The pizzas are made in the…
Florence and Andreas got married in Solothurn. A place I had never been to before and the city center is really nice and impressive. Florence contacted me and said she already had her civil wedding some time ago but now really wanted her real wedding. During the entire day I could see small touches that…
