Tobias and Neyner got married at the lovely Schloss Schadau in Thun. I think the castle must have the most beautiful stair case in Switzerland (see photos below and you will know what I mean).
Their wedding was really fun, easy going and a bit different. Why was it different? The bride loves rabbits so the groom surprised her by getting some for her preparation at Hotel Restaurant Krone. We took some photos with them and I must say the bride knew what she was doing because these rabbits were “farm rabbits” so having them in a small room could have caused problems. However, Neyner really connected with them quickly and everything went very smooth. The rabbit whisperer!
After that we went for wedding portraits. This couple were brave – it had rained but my suggestion of going into a forest full of mud did not put them off. They didn’t care and went for it! I think we got some really cool portraits because of that.
I mentioned they were easy going – they had some plans (like driving an old motorbike to the wedding reception) but it didn’t start so they simply used what mother nature gave them. Their legs. They walked to the reception and there their friends and family awaited. After that they had a “ceremony”. A spontanoues and symbolic one. Short and very sweet.
Later on they played “Who wants to be a millionare” and their friends had arranged 1000 USD in cash. It looked very cool in a glas box. I can only imagine how nice 1 million would look like.
Anyway, here are the photos from their wedding day!
